Welcome to A Stitch of Blissfulness!!

When I started Cross Stitching years ago, it was something to do in my downtime. It still is, but it has become so much more than that over the years. It's helped me find my happy place. Cross Stitch has helped me through many stressful times because I can cuddle up with my stitching in hand and a murder mystery, real housewives or a movie on the TV and be completely content.

I'm drawn to pretty much any pattern that has pastel colors, birds, flowers or food. I've stitched several different pieces over the years that I gave away and I sure wish that I had taken pictures of all of them. One of the reasons why I started this blog is to give me a place to have a place to look back at all the pieces that I've worked on. But, I also started this blog because I wanted to share my projects with other stitchers in case they are looking for something similar and to share a few tips that I've learned along the way.
