Completed Cross Stitch: Wonky Layer Cake

Little roses and a bow add to this fun wonky layer cake!

I'm absolutely addicted to the book this pattern is in and I will be sharing several designs that I have stitched from it. This pattern is designed by one of my absolute favorite designers and she has the most beautiful patterns!

This piece, of course, has my favorite pastel colors and it was such a fun piece to stitch! It stitched up pretty quickly and was an easy stitch.

The only thing about this book that I would have liked for her to have added is names for her designs. The name "Wonky Layer Cake" is what I have called this fun piece.

I stitched this pattern on 14 Count Aida using 2 strands of DMC thread for the full stitches and 1 for backstitching.
